※Notify the applicant by either fax or by e-mail with the e-document attached if the “authorization of resident eligibility” is issued. The applicant will then transfer one year’s worth of school expenses to the school’s designated bank account by the designated date.

※In principle, tuition fees already paid will not be refunded. However, in the event of an unavoidable reason to withdraw from the school, tuition fees from the semester following the date of withdrawal will be refunded from the amount excluding the paid admission fee only if the director determines that there are unavoidable circumstances.
